Staff employment checks

EVERY member of staff will have:

1. An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check: this is a process which is conducted by a government agency to check the employees prior to employment. The information gathered on an individual is direct from the Police National Computer and then from the local police force.

2. References: all staff have their references requested and checked to verify their suitability for the post.

These checks are conducted prior to employment.
